Thank you for visiting BellaOnline’s Graduate School site. I am Nicole and I have 14 years of experience in employee training and development as well as management. I am currently the Director of Online Programs at a small New England College. Prior to that I was a Learning Consultant at large health insurance company and before that I was the Director of Education at an eldercare company. I am also an adjunct professor of undergraduate business courses at two colleges.

Throughout my career I have helped employees through the process of continuing their education by helping them find the academic program and school that fits their goals and I look forward to sharing what I have learned with all of you.
